As president of Lathon Engineering, Dr. Ruby Lathon leads an organization that provides systems engineering, information technology and technology-based solutions to customers
in the commercial, federal and defense sectors.
EXPERIENCE
Dr. Lathon has over thirteen years experience in business development, artificial intelligence research and development, systems development, modeling and simulation, supply and support systems, and simulation optimization strategies. Previously, Dr. Lathon served as Vice President of EMT, Inc., an engineering and management consulting firm. Prior to that, Dr. Lathon served as Project Manager and Senior Engineer at Sandia National Laboratories, a national security research laboratory. She also served as a Research Fellow at NASA Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL.
